Cannot Upload a Video File to YouSeeU
Symptom:
I am experiencing difficulties when attempting to upload a video file to YouSeeU.
Cause:
Issues uploading videos files can be caused by one or both of the following reasons:
- File type is not supported
- File size is too large
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, please perform one or more of the steps below:
- Confirm the file is save in an appropriate type, review the following list:
- asf, avi, flv, m4v, mov, mp4, m4a, 3gp, 3g2, mj2, wmv, mpg, mpeg, wma, mod, mp3, mts, qt, f4v, m2v, wepm, ogv, mxf, vob, mkv, webm
Note: If the video is not saved to an acceptable format, export the video from the video recording program to a compatible type.
- Confirm the file is no more than the allowable size of 100 MB
- If file is too large, export the video from the video recording program using low to medium-quality settings. Use the following Knowledge base tutorials:
- If the upload process continues to fail, the Internet connection and upload speed may be contributing to the issue. Try connecting to YouSeeU from a different connection, wired into the router if possible.
