When attempting to link to MindTap Assignments or Activities from within my course, I am prompted for user credentials.
Answer:
This occurs when the instructions to register a Cengage MindTap account were not properly followed and a personal email address was entered instead of the University's (e.g. [username]@email.phoenix.edu).
