Accessing the Customer Support Online Knowledgebase

How do I access the Customer Support Online Knowledgebase?
Answer:
The Customer Support Online Knowledgebase (Knowledgebase) is an easy-to-use self-help tool containing information on issue troubleshooting, general knowledge, FAQs, Glossaries, and contact information. In order to provide around-the-clock, immediate assistance, the Knowledgebase is available for use 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can access the Knowledgebase through any of the Help icons located on the Admission Application, Student and Faculty Portal. Access to the proper Knowledgebase portal depends on user type. Please follow the instructions below to access the proper Knowledgebase portal for you:

Guests
The Guest portal is available for all guests and visitors to the Student and Faculty Portal. To access the Guest portal, click Help located at the bottom right corner of the page. This portal contains information pertinent to more than just students, faculty members, and/or staff members.
Students
The Student Portal is available for current and former students. To access the Student Portal, log in to the Student and Faculty Portal and click Help located at the top right corner of the page.
Faculty
The Faculty Portal is available for faculty members. To access the faculty portal, log in to the Student and Faculty Portal and click Help located at the top right corner of the page.
