SafeAssign Displays Enabled but not Processing After Submission
Symptom:
SafeAssign is displaying that it is enabled but the Originality Report is not processing after the paper is submitted.


 
Cause:
This may be caused by one of the following:
  • Page needs to be refreshed
  • Paper in large queue for SafeAssign
  • Instructor has not selected the option to "Allow students to view the SafeAssign Originality Report for their attempts" within Assignment Settings:
Resolution:
One of the following may resolve the issue where the SafeAssign Originality Report is not processing:
  • Refresh the browser page
  • Have Technical Support check from instructor side
