Bongo Presentation Recording Issues
Symptom:
After recording a Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentation video within Bongo, I notice the presentation does not progress through the slides on playback.
Cause:
This is caused when the presentation does not have the proper Show type selected in the Set Up Slide Show menu.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, please perform the following:
  1. Open the Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentation
  2. Click the Slide Show tab
  3. Click Set Up Slide Show in the Set Up pane
  4. Select Browsed by an individual (window) under Show type
  5. Click OK
  6. Click the Slide Show tab
  7. Click Play from Start
    Note: This will enter presentation mode.
  8. Initiate your Bongo recording when ready
