When I attempt to click the ellipsis icon in blackboard I do not get the prompt to preview file or download file. Additionally, in some areas, I cannot scroll down to see additional items in Assignment Submission Content or the scroll bar is missing on the right side.

Having zoom sent to something other than 100% or having a custom font size will cause this issue.

To resolve this issue check the following:

• Check that your browser zoom level is set to default at 100%
• Set any custom font size or type to the recommended or default settings

If setting font size to medium doesn't resolve, perform the following:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Fonts
3. Select Customize Fonts
4. Adjust the fonts to defaults:
