Slow Response Typing in Blackboard Discussions
Symptom:
When typing in the discussion box it responds very slow.
Cause:
This issue may be caused by the following:
  • Corrupt phoenix.edu cookies
  • Internet connection issue
  • Using Microsoft Edge
  • Browser Settings
  • Browser Extensions
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform the following:
  • Clear phoenix.edu cookies
  • Test Internet connection
  • Switched to Chrome, Firefox or Safari (on a Mac)
  • Disabling Toolbars and Extensions in Google Chrome
  • Enable Third Party Cookies in Google Chrome
  • Flushing the Domain Name System (DNS) Resolver Cache​​​​​​
