Alexander Street Sample Video

Symptom:

When attempting to view Alexander Street videos, I am brought to a sample clip and the full video does not play.

Cause:

This is typically caused by corrupted or outdated temporary Internet files in the browser.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue, please perform one (1) or both of the following:

Attempt through a different browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari)
Clear the browser cache and cookies
