SAC Appeal Academic Rationale

Question:
What is considered "academic rationale" in a SAC appeal?
Answer:
The policies we have are in place for a reason. When requesting a SAC appeal, "academic rationale" refers to the academic reason(s) that warrant an exception to an established policy.

Why should an exception be granted?
This should be more than a disagreement with policy. It also needs to be academically related. Financial impact alone is not academic rationale. The stronger you can make your case, the greater the chances of the appeal being approved.
