Learning Team Collaborative Activity: Instructions

You and your team work for a regional hot beverage company named HB Company. Recently, a competitor introduced a mobile app that enables customers to place orders through their mobile devices and pick up their prepared orders at any of their retail outlets.

Your company executives want to launch a similar capability. Their goals are to:

  • Maintain current customers
  • Equal or exceed "in store" units sold per transaction (UPT)
  • Increase unique customer online visits

Your team is the initial IT team assigned to the "Mobile Ordering Project." Each week, you and your teammates will work together to answer questions, gather information, and brainstorm ideas for the completion of the Mobile Ordering Project. You will then use the results of these conversations and your own understanding of what you are learning to complete individual weekly assignments, which will be graded.

Use the HB Company Profile below for your Mobile Ordering Project Learning Team Collaboration Activities and Mobile Ordering Project Individual Assignments.

HB Company Profile:

  • Located in one state
