Chat Icon Missing on Assignment in Blackboard
Symptom:
When navigating to an assignment in the Blackboard Ultra classroom environment, the Class Conversations (Chat) icon top right is missing
Cause:
This happens when Class Conversations are not enabled for the assignment.
Resolution:
Contact your instructor and request that they edit the assignment to allow class conversations.
