Joining a Collaborate Session

Question:
How do I join a Blackboard Ultra Collaborate session?
Answer:
Collaborate can be used by the instructor and Learning Teams.
 
 Join a Course Room Collaborate Session: 
  1. Log into desired course
  2. Click on Join Session under Course Room
  3. Click Course Room
     
  4. Click Allow if prompted for Collaborate to have access to Microphone and Camera

Note: users may also be prompted to test their microphone and camera
Join a Learning Team/Group Collaborate session: 

  1. Navigate to desired course
  2. Navigate to desired Learning Team/Group assignment 
  3. Click on the Learning Team/Group assignment
  4. Click on the Collaborate icon
     
     
  5. Click Allow if prompted for Collaborate to have access to Microphone and Camera
Note: users may also be prompted to test their microphone and camera
