Application Center Password Reset

Question:
How can a new applicant change their password?  
Answer:
A new applicant can change their password on the application center by completing the following:
  1. Go to http://my.phoenix.edu/apply
  2. Click on the link that says Forgot your username, password?
  3. Fill the Email Address field with your email
  4. Check the Im not a robot box and complete the captcha process

  5. Check your email and click the button that says Update Now or on Click here to begin

  6. The page will redirect and ask that you create a new password and confirm there new password
  7. Click Finish

  8. Click login to be taken to the Application Center login page to login
