Americans with Disabilities Act Accommodations

Question:
What of accommodations can Disability Services provide to disabled students?
Answer:
ADA does not waive University policies. Students must follow University policies and procedures. ADA does not accommodate breaks in attendance or provide special discounts or funding in regard to tuition or other University fees. ADA also does not require that the University purchase special equipment such as computers. University of Phoenix is required to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified students. All accommodations are based on the student, the medical documentation, and the campus DSA.
