ESigning Massachusetts Enrollment Agreement

Question:
Why do I receive the following message prior to being able to e-sign my Enrollment Agreement?
As a Massachusetts student, you must wait at least 72 hours to sign the Enrollment Agreement for your program.
Answer:
Massachusetts applicants must first e-sign the Massachusetts Disclosure and Consent Agreement during the application process and then wait at least 72 hours prior to being able to complete the Enrollment Agreement. The Enrollment Agreement will appear as a To Do task on the page stating Congratulations! Your application is submitted.
Note: This includes On-line, Ground, and Single Course Students
