Mindtap Quiz Does Not Show Questions or Quiz 
Symptom:
When accessing the Mindtap quiz, I am directed to the submit page and the questions do not appear. 
Cause:

This can be caused by one of the following:

  • Popups being blocked
  • Mixed content
Resolution:

To resolve this issue, please perform one (1) or more of the options below:

  • Allow popups
  • Allow mixed content
  • Switch to Internet Explorer (IE) or another browser
