Error When Accessing ACES Self-Assessment
Symptom:
When trying to access the ACES self assessment, I receive the following error message:
Error -

Sorry for the inconvenience, but to auto-provision your Macmillan Learning course, the instructor first must be setup in our system. Please contact your sales representative.

If you believe that you've received this message in error, please contact technical support.
Cause:
The Faculty member has not yet accessed the ACES Self-Assessment.
Resolution:
The Faculty will need to access the ACES Self-Assessment in order for students to have access.
