I have been experiencing issues when attempting to install Visio 2013 or 2016 to my computer for class activities and assignments.

Complications will occur with the installation when Microsoft Office has already been activated on the computer to which you are attempting to also install Visio.

To resolve this issue, please attempt to retrieve the Visio software from a Microsoft Imagine account. You will likely experience issues attempting to download from other locations, but installing the software from Microsoft Imagine should resolve any issues previously experienced.

Notes:

• Microsoft Visio is currently not compatible with Mac OS unless running a program such as Parallels to emulate Windows on Mac OS.
• Microsoft Visio 2019 is not supported on windows 7, 8 or 8.1
