Error Accessing the Blackboard Class
Symptom:
When I try to access my Blackboard class I receive the following error:
The site has encountered an error, Please logout and try again. If the problem persists, please contact Technical Support. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Cause:
This error is caused by clicking on a favorite link to access the classroom instead of going through the eCampus site to access the class.
Resolution:
To correct this issue click the Classroom link in the Current or Future Course section on the eCampus homepage.
