Case Boxes not Formatted Correctly in i-Human
Symptom:
Case boxes are too big or text is cut off inside of the case player.
Cause:
This can be caused by the browser zoom being too high or the size of the text is too large.
Resolution:
To adjust the browser zoom in the following browsers click on one of the links in the Related Articles sections to the right.
To adjust the size of the text click the a >A icon top left corner of the case screen:
