File size too large error in YouSeeU
Symptom:
When a presentation is created in YouSeeU, the student will encounter an error ""Upload file is too large. The allowable maximum size is 20480 MB."
Cause:
The maximum combined file size of both video and slides is 20480 MB.
Resolution:
Check the file sizes of the video and the slides. Remove and adjust items as needed, then re-upload them.
