How do I edit an Electronically Signed transcript request form in App Center?
Answer:
Follow the steps below when editing a signed transcript request form:
  1. Click Edit the application
  2. Make a minor change
  3. Click save
  4. Go back and change it back to what it originally was
  5. E-sign the application again which will let you E-sign the transcript request form again
