How to embed a YouTube video into PowerPoint 2013 & 2016
Answer:
To embed a YouTube video into PowerPoint 2013 & 2016 preform the following:
  1. From the INSERT menu, on the far rightmost area, select VIDEO then ONLINE VIDEO

  2. The following screen will come up that allows one to search for exact titles, or keywords

  3. Scroll down the list, and find the video desired, click on it, and then click INSERT

  4. At this point, the video will be an image, and can be manipulated as such

  5. To play the video look at the menu at the top if the video is selected, the VIDEO TOOLS menu will be available

  6. To play, click on GREEN ARROW (play) in the upper left side of the menus, if the PLAYBACK tab is selected, other playing options are available

  7. Once the PLAY is clicked, a standard YouTube arrow will show in the center of the video to be clicked on. The video will then play.
