eCampus website footer scrolling issues
Symptom:
When scrolling in eCampus, the grey footer is positioned in the middle of the browser window and does not stay at the bottom of the website.
Cause:
This is caused by the Norton Toolbar in Chrome.
Resolution:
Go to chrome://extensions and disable the Norton Toolbar, then restart the browser.
If the caller does not have any Norton extensions installed, perform standard browser troubleshooting.
