Question:
The cursor is at the very top of the page in word.  The margins are set correctly, but there's no space before the cursor like there should be.  How do I fix this?
Answer:
To show white space between pages in print layout view preform the following:
  1. Click File 
  2. Click Options
  3. Click Display
  4. Check the box next to Show white space between pages in Print Layout View
  5. Click Ok
