How do I clear Google Chrome's cache and cookies when using a Chromebook computer?

Note: Try clearing phoenix.edu cookies before clearing all the browser cache and cookies, if the URL that is having problems contains phoenix.edu. This method is designed to clear phoenix cookies. Just click on your name top right and Logging out. Once you log out close and reopen your browser and login again.

To clear all websites cache and cookies, perform the following:

1. On your computer, open Google Chrome
2. At the top right, click More   Settings
3. Place the cursor on More Tools
4. Select Clear Browsing Data
5. Check Cookies and other site data 
6. Check Cached images and files 
7. Uncheck all other boxes
8. For the Time Range, select All time 
9. Click Clear 
10. Restart the browser
