Why does my eBook page number and navigation differ from other eBooks?

It is possible that the VitalSource eBook you are using is a W. W. Norton Publication. The publisher can be identified by opening the table of contents and selecting the Copyright Page.

• Titles from publisher W. W. Norton will not include the standard file pagination that you are used to seeing in their other textbooks
  • Table of Contents page labels
  • Go to page functionality
• For citation/reference purposes, students can use page & line numbers printed on the actual pages of the texts
• If a student’s window/resolution is too small, these page numbers will be cropped
• When enlarged, the page number icon in the top right margin will toggle the page numbers on and off
