VitalSource Book only Printing One Page
Symptom:
Only able to print one page from a VitalSource ebook after selecting a page range from the print dialog
Cause:
The second print dialog box for the printer may have an incorrect page range selected
Resolution:
Verify that you have changed the print range in the second print dialog box
