No Redo Loan Acceptance Link on Awards & Disbursements Page
Symptom:
There is no Redo Loan Acceptance link on my Awards & Disbursement page.
Cause:
This issue may be due to the following:
  • Aid Year not set to current Aid Year
  • Current enrollment status is Withdrawn
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform the following:
  • Select Current Aid Year
    1. Go to Account Tab
    2. Click Awards & Disbursements
    3. Click drop-down to right of Awards & Disbursements heading
    4. Choose Current aid year
       
    5. Redo Loan Acceptance link should appear below Awards summary section
  • Contact Finance Advisor or Academic Counselor to verify enrollment status
