Answer:
To send an email through eCampus, perform the following:
  1. Click the envelope in upper-right of eCampus
  2. Click Inbox
  3. Selectnew
  4. Fill out To field
  5. Fill out Subject field
  6. Enter message in body of email
  7. Click Send
