Script Error When Activating Office 365
Symptom:
After putting in student email to activate Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus I get the following error:
An error has occurred in the script in this page...
Cause:

The cause of the issue at this time is unknown

Resolution:
To resolve the issue:
  • Select Yes to continue running the script
  • You should then be taken to a log in page
  • Enter your university username and password
Additional Information:
Note: Selecting No for the running script or closing the script error window may also allow the user to continue with activation.
