Note: Before clearing cache and cookies try clearing phoenix.edu cookies before clearing the browser cache and cookies, if the URL that is having problems contains “phoenix.edu”, this method is designed to clear those cookies. Just click on your name top right and Logging out.  Once you log out close and reopen your browser and login again.

1. Click Safari to the upper-left of the screen
2. Select Preferences
3. Click Privacy
4. Click Manage Website Data... 

   Remove Individual Website Data 

   1. Select individual Website Data (e.g. phoenix.edu cookies)
   2. Click Remove

   Remove All Website Data 

   • Click Remove All

    
5. Click Done
6. Click Safari to the upper-left of the screen
7. Click Quit Safari
