• Corrupt browser temporary Internet files
• Attempting to remove profile information; My Profile is set up to allow you to add and update the information, but will generate errors if you try to empty and save a field that previously had data entered

• Clear phoenix.edu cookies
• Clear browser cache and cookies
• Use an alternate browser
• Substitute or duplicate other data (e.g. The Work Phone number is incorrect, you can enter the Home Phone number in that field)
• Contact advisor to have the unwanted data removed from your profile
