How can an object be inserted into an existing Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet?

To insert an object, please perform the following steps:

1. Click Insert

3. Click Object

   

    

   

Note: Embedded objects are documents or other files that have been inserted into the Excel workbook. Instead of having multiple, separate files, at times it may be easier to keep them all embedded in a single document.
