Cannot Activate IBM SPSS Software on Apple Macintosh
Symptom:
I am unable to activate SPSS on my Macintosh and receives the following error message:
The trial has expired
Cause:
SPSS software was not activated within the trial period.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
  1. Locate the IBM folder in the Applications folder
  2. Drag the IBM folder into the Trash
  3. Re-install SPSS from the Classroom
  4. Follow the installation steps
  5. Click Enter license code
  6. Enter the license code
