Install Microsoft Access on Mac OSX
Question:
Can I install Microsoft Access on Mac OSX?
Answer:
Microsoft does not make a version of Access for Mac OSX. The student will need to use a Windows computer for the class or install Parallels Desktop for Mac.
The use of Parallels Desktop for Mac is a common work around for Students or Faculty that need Windows to run a program that is not compatible with Mac or that requires Windows for a specific course. There are other ways to run Windows on a Mac but would need to consult a professional/technician for assistance with that advice or process, including installing and using Parallels.
