Sideways Profile Picture
Symptom:
When a Phoenix Connect profile picture is uploaded to the website, it is turned sideways.
Cause:
The camera used has a rotation sensor which wrote the orientation into the EXIF metadata of the picture.
Resolution:
The picture will need to be retaken with a different camera orientation or edited with software to change the orientation.
