Financial Authorization Form Invalid Password Error
Symptom:
I am receiving an error when trying to esign the Student Financial Aid Authorization Form: Financial Aid Authorization Form:
Invalid Password
Cause:
The issue may be caused by one (1) or more of the following:
  • Form auto loads the username in the last name field
  • Corrupted browser cache or cookies
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, please perform one (1) or more of the options below:
  • Manually enter information into all fields
  • Clear phoenix.edu cookies (via either the Logout link or status.phoenix.edu)and restart the browser
Note: Also the name the student is entering must match up to the way the name appears on the ecampus site exactly. For example:
  • All upper case letters
  • All lower case letter
  • Mixed case
  • Hyphenated name
