Alert Error Accessing the Academic Plan (Program Tab)
Symptom:
When attempting to access the Academic Plan (Program Tab), the following error occurs:  
Error:
AN ISSUE HAS OCCURRED
If this problem persists, contact the Technical Assistance Center at (877) 832-4867
Cause:
This issue may be caused by the following:
  • Corrupt Cache and cookies
  • Faculty member attempting to access Program tab
  • A security issue in Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer
  • Incorrect date and time on computer
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform the following:
  • Clear the Phoenix Cookies
    • Click on your name in the read area
    • Log out
    • Close and reopen your browser
      Note: if that doesn't resolve the issue clear the cache and cookies in your browser
  • Faculty members will not have access to the Program tab and can disregard the error
  • Add *.phoenix.edu to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer
  • Correct the system date and time
