Symptom:
When I attempt to access material in my Mastering Physics material, I receive the following error:
Not Signed In
Please sign in, then try again.
Cause:
This error occurs when attempting to access readings or other materials that are not intended for access from this page.
Resolution:
To resolve the issue preform the following:
  1. Review the instructions to see what specific materials are expected to be accessed (e.g. Interactive Figures, Tutorials, etc.)
  2. Locate the page from the left-hand column of the page
  3. Select the needed material
Note: Any materials that are not specifically mentioned by the Instructions may not be available and as such may return an error message.
