Email Links Open Personal Email Client Instead of Outlook Web Access (OWA)
Symptom:
When I click a link for an email address on a page such as in a person's profile brings up a personal email client such as Microsoft Office Outlook instead of opening in Outlook Web Access (OWA).
Cause:
This issue is caused by OWA being an app and not a program and as such cannot be set as a default.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform one or more of the following:
  • Setup your OWA account in your mail client
  • Copy and paste or manually type the email address into the To: field in OWA
