How do I attach a file to an email in the Microsoft Office Outlook web app?
Answer:
To attach a file to your email, perform the following:
  1. Click email icon
  2. Click Inbox
  3. Click New
  4. Click Attach
  5. Click Computer
  6. Select file to upload
  7. Click Open
  8. Click Attach as a copy
