Why am I receiving an error stating my browser is out of date on the eCampus login page?

You are receiving this message because your browser does not meet the current requirements. The current requirements are as follows:
 

If you are using Internet Explorer, it meets the above requirements and you are still receiving the message, remove phoenix.edu from Compatibility View by following these steps:

To Remove a site from Compatibility View:

1. Click Tools

​​Note: If you cannot locate Tools, press Alt + T

2. Select Compatibility View Settings
3. Select Phoenix.edu from the Websites you've added to Compatibility View field
4. Click Remove
5. Uncheck Use Microsoft compatibility list box 
6. Ensure Display intranet sites in Compatibility View is unchecked
7. Click Close

Note: If you are running Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 10, please access the Windows Updates Control Panel to fully update your operating system.
