Symptom:
When I click on the Tax Forms link from the account tab, there is no response or pop up action.
Cause:
This issue can be caused by one of the following:
  • A form of the AdBlocker browser extension may be causing the issue
  • A temporary file or bad cookie in the browser
Resolution:
To resolve the issue, try one of the following:
  • Disable AdBlocker or try a browser that does not have the extension installed
  • Try clearing the browsers temporary cookies and cache
  • In situations where the link will not load in any browser after clearing the browser cache, please paste the following link in another tab or browser window:
