How do complete a recording marked as processing... in YouSeeU?

After submitting your recording, your activity Status may show that that the video is still processing…



The processing time is dependent upon the size of your file and server activity.  Expect to wait a minimum of three to a maximum of about 30 minutes for your video file to process. Try refreshing your web page in order to check for a change of status by pressing F5 on your keyboard.

Once the processing is complete, the Status will change to the Add Slides button.
