Microsoft Visio 2010

1. Open the Visio diagram/drawing
2. Click the File tab
3. Click Save & Send
4. Click Create PDF/XPS Document
5. Click Create PDF/XPS button
6. Choose location to save to (i.e. My Files if in Toolwire®)
7. Enter the File name
8. Under Save As Type, select PDF (*.pdf)
9. Click Publish
10. PDF file will open when the export is complete

Microsoft Visio 2013

1. Open the Visio diagram/drawing
2. Click the File tab
3. Click Export
4. Click Create PDF/XPS Document
5. Click Create PDF/XPS button
6. Choose location to save to (i.e. My Files if in Toolwire®)
7. Enter the File name
8. Under Save As Type, select PDF (*.pdf)
9. Click Publish
10. PDF file will open when the export is complete
