How can I access the online material listed in an eBook?

For example: a CD or a website may be listed, but the website link requires a login and the CD is not included.

Online material listed in an eBook will usually not be accessible to students, as the publisher has reserved that material for people who have bought the paper textbook at their own expense.
 
Note: All materials needed for a class will always be included in the class syllabus or other eCampus pages, and students will only be expected to learn material present in the textbooks, the Classroom, or in external links provided directly by the instructor. Links mentioned only in the textbook are not necessary to complete the class.
