Receiving Application Error when Accessing Commencement
Symptom:
When I click the Commencement link from the Program tab, I receive the following error:
Application error. An error occurred in the application...
Cause:
This issue can be caused by one or more of the following:
  • Corrupt cache and cookies in browser
  • Browser extensions/add-ons/toolbars interfering with communication
  • Problem with the server user is connecting to
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, perform one or more of the following:
  • Clear phoenix.edu cookies
  • Clear cache and cookies in browser
  • Disable excess extensions, add-ons, and/or Toolbars
  • Try an alternate browser
  • Flush the DNS Resolver Cache
