Cannot select University of Phoenix in Entrance Counseling
Symptom:
I cannot continue in the Master Promissory Note section of the Entrance Counseling after selecting the State and School name.
Cause:
This issue is caused by the school having been already added as a School to Notify.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue do not re-select School State and School name.
Only check the check box for the specific school and click the Continue button. If this does not resolve the issue, refer to your advisor or the Student Loan Support Center at 800-557-7394
