Forgot Username and Password for RefWorks

Question:
I forgot my username and password for RefWorks. How do I recover it?
Answer:
To recover your RefWorks username and/or password:
  1. Click the Library tab
  2. Click University Library
  3. Select View All Resources Alphabetically
  4. Click RefWorks
  5. Click Forgot Your Login Information?
  6. Enter your Login Name, if known (If not, click Don't know your login name?)
  7. Input your University of Phoenix email address
  8. Check the email you will receive for directions on how to reset your login credentials
